Meet Kara Butcher

I'm Kara Butcher, a licensed Florida real estate agent and CAM (Community Association Manager) with EXIT Realty Producers in Gainesville. Over the past several years I've closed more than 30 transactions — including residential homes, land, and commercial deals — with a focus on the North Central Florida region.

I've called Alachua County home for over a decade, and after attending Santa Fe College I developed a deep, firsthand understanding of the unique and charming corners of "The Swamp." I also hold a CAM license and actively manage HOAs and condos throughout the Gainesville area, which gives me an extra layer of insight into community living.

My passion for real estate started early, watching my father work in luxury construction, and it led me to earn my license soon after high school. Outside of work, you'll find me staying active with my run club and gym, taking part in clubs like Toastmasters, exploring new destinations with friends, and spending time with my rescue dog, Diesel.
